Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery is performed to relieve pain and pressure of Chronic Sinusitis by providing ventilation and to drain mucus/pus out of the sinus cavities. Nasal irrigation should be started as early as possible with saline nasal sprays 3-4 times daily, To avoid nose block, crusting inside nose. Antibiotics are advised to prevent Infection.
